Hello! I’m Lady, and I’m excited to be your guide on this journey to better fitness and health.

I’ve been passionate about martial arts since I was 15, starting with Kung-Fu and later expanding into Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing. Over the years, I’ve competed internationally and built a solid foundation of both technical skill and fitness. This experience has shaped me into a stronger, more disciplined athlete, and I want to pass that same strength onto you.

To take my knowledge even further, I became a certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, ensuring that I can offer you the most effective, professional training tailored to your unique goals. Whether you’re looking to get fitter, gain strength, or improve your overall well-being, I’m here to help you every step of the way!

But my passion doesn’t stop there. With a Master’s in Drug Discovery and Safety, I’ve also worked as a scientist researching treatments for cancer and autoimmune diseases. I believe that true fitness is rooted in both body and mind, and that’s why I bring a scientific approach to everything I do.

One of my favorite quotes comes from Charles Darwin: “Survival of the fittest.” He recognized that, in any community, those who are fit both physically and mentally are more likely to thrive. In today’s fast-paced world, being healthy and strong isn’t just about looking good it’s about living your best life.
